Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece Black Sesame Ciabatta Nutty fiber-rich artisan bread
  • 40 g Asian Chili Jam Sweet-spicy chili-based condiment
  • 20 g Sesame Lime Mayo Mix of mayo lime, and sesame oil
  • 150 g Asian Chicken Char-Grilled Marinated in soy, ginger & garlic
  • 23 g Carrot Shreds Rich in beta-carotene
  • 23 g Cabbage (Middle Eastern) Crunchy and high in vitamin K
  • 12 g Red Cabbage Antioxidant-rich
  • 10 g Coriander Leaves Fresh and aromatic
  • 8 g Sliced Red Chili For a spicy kick
  • 11 g Spring Onion Chopped, adds freshness
  • 5 g Lemon Dressing Optional, for the slaw

Instructions
 

  • Slice the black sesame ciabatta horizontally to separate the top and bottom.
  • Spread 40g of Asian chili jam on the bottom half and 20g of sesame-lime mayo on the top half.
  • Layer 150g of char-grilled Asian chicken (marinated in soy, ginger, and garlic) over the chili jam.
  • Mix 23g shredded carrot, 23g Middle Eastern cabbage, and 12g red cabbage with 5g lemon dressing to make a slaw; layer it over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle 10g coriander leaves, 8g sliced red chili, and 11g spring onion on top for an aromatic, spicy finish.
  • Close the sandwich and serve with a fresh side salad or roasted veggies.

Notes

This fusion sandwich blends Asian-inspired flavors with the hearty texture of ciabatta. Serve with sweet potato fries or a citrus-dressed salad for a complete meal.
